The name carries deep meaning — "Fox" honors our founder's father's memory, while "Labyrinth" represents the journey of transformation we witness daily. We maintain the highest standards with implant-grade jewelry and meticulous aftercare, evolving into El Paso's only studio that meets APP standards while never losing sight of what matters most: treating every person with honesty, kindness, and integrity.
Whether you’re a first-time visitor, a long-time client, or simply curious, we welcome you with genuine care and respect. We aim to be a place where you can be yourself, and become the version of you that feels most authentic and empowered.
The Association of Professional Piercers (APP) represents the gold standard in body piercing safety and technique. As El Paso's only studio that meets APP standards, we uphold the strictest requirements for:
✓ Sterilization protocols and equipment standards
✓ Jewelry quality and material safety
✓ Continuing education and technique mastery
✓ Studio cleanliness and safety procedures
When you choose Fox Labyrinth, you're choosing expertise that's been validated by the industry's most respected organization.
We aim to share our knowledge so you can make informed decisions, while also being part of your story by providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Experience
We bring in guest piercers as an opportunity to share our knowledge and the protocols we’ve implemented, while also learning from talented piercers around the world during conferences and educational events.
Education
Our piercers often say, “Everything can be pierced; whether you should is a completely different conversation.” We’ll have that conversation with you, guiding you if we think a particular piercing isn’t the best fit for your anatomy or lifestyle, and helping you find an option that works perfectly for you.
Transparency
Every step of your journey with us has been meticulously planned so you can enjoy the best service, the safest techniques and tools, top-quality jewelry, and ongoing support for your healing and piercing care.
Quality Assurance
We’re proud of the community we’ve built over the past 15 years, serving clients from El Paso, Juárez, Las Cruces, and beyond. Our studio is more than just a place to get pierced, it’s a space where people can express themselves, feel supported, and connect with others who share their love for body art.
Community
At Fox Labyrinth, integrity is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to honest guidance and ethical practices, so you can trust that every recommendation, every piercing, and every piece of jewelry is chosen with your safety and best interest in mind.

Vivi began pursuing a future in piercing, she started by learning about body jewelry and looking for a reputable place to learn about body piercing. That same year, her husband, Alan, came up with the business name as a tribute to Vivi’s late father, with an initial vision of a boutique for local artists.

2010
Vivi did not offer piercings yet, but started selling body jewelry (Jewelry that no one had seen locally) in local markets/events such as La Parada and Neon Desert, when they first started. At this time, we opened our first studio in the Duranguito area in the Rock House.
Vivi learned how to pierce at Fakir Intensives, part of The Fakir Musafar Foundation. She began working inside Golden Goose Tattoos on Mesa, where she also started her apprenticeship.
2011
2014
After gaining as much experience as she could at Golden Goose, Vivi transitioned and started working inside Sun City Tattoos. During this time, she started planning for Fox Labyrinth to stand on its own, preparing to take the next big step.
Vivi built her first “dream studio” during this time, but due to commercial regulations, she couldn’t offer piercings at that location. She continued working inside Crimson Veil Tattoos on McRae, and a few months later moved the studio to a smaller space next door. The space was modest, but it served well, and the studio quickly grew over the years.
2016
2020
We were ready for a bigger space as Fox Labyrinth celebrated its 10th anniversary, right in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, Vivi found our current location and built it despite many challenges. To mark the anniversary, we hosted a virtual lottery party and continued working by appointment only.
Fifteen years have passed since Vivi first envisioned her future in the piercing industry. From selling jewelry to apprenticing at Golden Goose, and working in various studios along the way, it’s been a long and challenging journey, yet one filled with rewards and achievements. This year, we look back on that history and celebrate 15 years of Fox Labyrinth.
